What is the process after I book?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session date, time, and location, along with a short Q&A form. Filling this out helps me prepare the perfect setup and understand your dog’s personality before your shoot.

Do you photograph shy, anxious, or high-energy dogs?

Yes! All dogs are welcome — shy, wiggly, reactive, nervous, or high-energy. I tailor each session to your dog’s comfort level and needs.

What if my dog is reactive around other dogs?

No worries — your session is 100% private. No other dogs will be present, and your pup will be safe in an enclosed space the entire time.

When will I receive my photos?

You’ll receive unedited proofs shortly after your session. Choose the photos you’d like edited, and the editor will complete fully retouched images within 2–3 weeks.

Can we get a family photo with our dog?

Absolutely! If you want to hop in for a photo at the end of the session, I’m happy to take a few. I don’t share human photos on social media out of respect for client privacy — it’s all about the dogs here!

Can I bring more than one dog?

Yes! A second dog can be added for an additional fee. If you have more than two dogs, contact me and we can discuss the setup that works best.

How do the backdrop colors work?

Before your session, I’ll send you the available backdrop color options where you can choose your favorite color to use. Only one color per session.

Is the studio safe for off-leash dogs?

Accepted Answer

YES! The studio is fully enclosed, private, and safe — off-leash is preferred for natural, expressive photos.

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You may reschedule up to 7 days before your session and your deposit will transfer. If you cancel or reschedule within 7 days, the deposit is forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable for cancellations of any kind.
